User Experience Design and App Development for East Coast Gaming Conference

As a product designer, I was tasked with developing a user experience (UX) design for the East Coast Gaming Conference (ECGC) app.

The goal was to create an app that would serve as a one-stop-shop for conference attendees, providing easy access to schedules, speaker bios, and other important information.

Through user research, we discovered that conference attendees often had trouble navigating the conference schedule and finding the sessions they wanted to attend. Additionally, there was a need for a more streamlined way to connect with other attendees and network during the conference.

To address these issues, our team set out to design an app that would provide a seamless user experience and improve overall conference attendance satisfaction. We focused on creating a simple and intuitive design that would make it easy for attendees to find the information they needed and connect with others.

Our UX design included features such as a personalized schedule builder, real-time session updates, and a social networking platform that allowed attendees to connect with each other before, during, and after the conference. We also incorporated gamification elements to incentivize attendees to participate in networking activities and explore the conference in a more interactive way.

Through careful testing and iteration, we were able to create an app that exceeded expectations and provided a positive user experience for conference attendees. Our UX design and app development helped to increase attendance and engagement at the East Coast Gaming Conference, making it a more successful and enjoyable event for all.
